He paused, considering. « I’d suggest taking it step by step. We can start with further tests and go from there. There’s no rush to make a decision right now. »
His words were reassuring, a reminder that I had time, that this wasn’t an all-or-nothing situation.
As I left the clinic, I felt a sense of clarity. There were still questions, still uncertainties, but I was ready to face them.
