The White House and the Department of Justice has denied sexual assault allegations against Donald Trump after they disappeared from the Epstein files.
More files relating to the convicted sex offender were released on Friday (January 30), which included photos of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly known as Prince Andrew, kneeling over a woman.
President Trump was also featured in the latest batch of files, with a series of unverified tips about the president that had been collated by the FBI in August 2025.

One claim stated the current POTUS forced a 13 or 14-year-old girl to perform oral sex on him decades ago – something which has been immediately shut down by the White House.
In a statement published alongside the DOJ on Friday, the White House said: « Some of the documents contain untrue and sensationalist claims against President Trump that were submitted to the FBI right before the 2020 election.“To be clear, the claims are unfounded and false, and if they have a shred of credibility, they certainly would have been weaponized against President Trump already.”
The file had been temporarily removed from the DOJ website ‘due to overload’, but has since been restored, The Telegraph was told.
The claim was made by an ‘unidentified female friend’ of the alleged victim, with the complaint stating the teenager claimed she bit Trump during oral sex.
The unverified claim states the girl was ‘allegedly hit in the face after she laughed’ about it.
Following the release of the Epstein files, the White House said some of the documents ‘may include fake or falsely submitted images, documents or videos’ as the Trump administration released ‘everything that was sent to the FBI by the public’.
It’s worth noting just because an individual is named in the files, it doesn’t necessarily mean they are guilty of any wrongdoing.Friday’s release of the Epstein files ‘marks the end’ of the DOJ’s obligation to be transparent regarding the convicted sex offender, though the Democrats have claimed there are more files, documents and photos to be made public.
Democrat Robert Garcia said: « Donald Trump and his Department of Justice have now made it clear that they intend to withhold roughly 50% of the Epstein files, while claiming to have fully complied with the law. This is outrageous and incredibly concerning.
« The oversight committee subpoena directs Pam Bondi to release all the files to the committee, while protecting survivors. »
The politician continued: « We are demanding the names of Epstein’s co-conspirators and the men and pedophiles who abused women and girls. We will begin a thorough review of this latest limited production, but let’s be clear: our work and investigation are just getting started. »
More than a dozen newly-released Epstein files, including one of Trump, mysteriously vanished from the DOJ’s website.
On Friday (December 19), the Department of Justice released a trove of around 300,000 files related to the late convicted pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein, ahead of federal law demanding they be made public as per the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
The documents came in batches, some of which have been going viral for including some very rich and famous names and faces.
It is important to note the release of the images and identities of some of those snapped with the sex trafficker do not imply or suggest any wrongdoing. Many of the people photographed have denied any knowledge of the financier’s crimes or of any wrongdoing.
Still, the batches certainly piqued interest across the world, including an image of President Donald Trump.
However, within a day later, the image of Trump, alongside 16 other pics, appeared to vanish from the DOJ site without any explanation. The image in question was taken in one of Epstein’s homes of a collection of frames images in a cabinet.
The open drawer appears filled with images of famous people, including Trump and Epstein.
Democrats on the House Oversight Committee questioned why they had been taken down and asked Attorney General Pam Bondi in a post on social media: « What else is being covered up? »
The DOJ clarified in a post on X that the image had been flagged by the Southern District of New York ‘for potential further action to protect victims’, adding it was a move made ‘out of an abundance of caution’.
Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche also NBC that the files were taken down due to shielding victims and it was ‘laughable’ to suggest it had been removed due to Trump’s request.
« There are dozens of photos of President Trump already released to the public seeing him with Mr Epstein, » he said.
« So the absurdity of us pulling down a photo, a single photo, because President Trump was in it, is laughable. »
The deputy attorney general explained: « There were a number of photographs that were pulled down after being released on Friday.
« That’s because a judge in New York has ordered us to listen to any victim or victim rights group, if they have any concerns about the material that we’re putting up. »He continued: « So when we hear concerns — whether it’s photographs of women that we do not believe are victims or we didn’t have information to show that they were victims, but we learned that there are concerns, of course — we’re taking that photograph down, and we’re going to address it.
« If we need to redact faces or other information, we will, and then we’ll put it back up. So we are, in every way, shape and form, complying with the statute, » Blanche added before going to say Trump has ‘nothing’ to hide in connection with the files.
Now, Blanche has confirmed the image of Trump has been reinstated after a review.
The POTUS has vehemently denied any wrongdoing in relation to Epstein. There is also no suggestion that the pictures imply any wrongdoing.
Amongst the hefty files include images of former President Bill Clinton, including one in which he was swimming with Epstein’s former-girlfriend and associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, as well as an unusual portrait painting in which he was wearing a dress.
The late singer Michael Jackson as well as Diana Ross, Mick Jagger, Chris Tucker, the former Prince Andrew, and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, have also cropped up in several images released by the DOJ.
It remains unclear when or where these photos were taken, or the context surrounding them. It is also unknown whether the extent of association Epstein had with certain figures or whether he had attended any of these events.
The US Department of Justice (DOJ) has released some of its files on Jeffrey Epstein after Donald Trump signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act into law.
The countdown for the Justice Department officially began on November 19, when Trump signed the legislation ordering the department to release all of its documents from the investigation into Epstein, a convicted sex offender who died in prison while awaiting trial in August 2019.
The legislation stated that the department had 30 days to release the documents, but the department took it down to the wire.
As the clock ticked, the House Oversight Committee continued to urge the department to release its documents by sharing its own information about Epstein, including photos from his estate. The files have now been released and can be accessed on a dedicated page of the US Department of Justice website, via four separate links. Each of the links appears to contain a vast amount of documents to look through.
Prior to today’s (December 19) release, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche told Fox & Friends that the department expects to publish ‘several hundred thousand pages’, followed by more in the coming weeks.
But the fact that the DOJ has not released all the files has caused some controversy, with Oregon Democratic Sen. Ron Wyden dubbing the move as ‘an insult to the intelligence of the American people’.
After sharing 19 photos earlier in December, Rep. Robert Garcia, the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, commented: « We will not rest until the American people get the truth. The Department of Justice must release all the files, NOW. »
Meanwhile, Trump has expressed his hope that the release of the documents would reveal ‘the truth about these Democrats, and their associations with Jeffrey Epstein’.
After signing the legislation, he wrote on Truth Social: « I HAVE JUST SIGNED THE BILL TO RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES. This latest Hoax will backfire on the Democrats just as all of the rest have! »While the Justice Department has been urged to release ‘all the files’, the law does state that it could withhold some documents if they meet certain criteria.
It was granted to withhold any documents which ‘would jeopardize an active federal investigation or ongoing prosecution, provided that such withholding is narrowly tailored and temporary’. Additionally, it could hold back any details that may violate victims’ privacy, or contain sensitive material on child sexual abuse.
One of the survivors, Dani Bensky, told CNN she and some other survivors were ‘in the dark’ when it came to the release of the files, explaining: « It’s a little bit tricky because we won’t see the files before they come. We don’t know what time they’re dropping on the 19th. We don’t know. »
That being said, survivors have described feeling hopeful that the new information would help to validate their own recollections of abuse from Epstein, with all of those who spoke to CNN saying they support the release of the files. However, the survivors added that redactions should be made to protect victims.
Jeffrey Epstein’s brother has made a major allegation about the files on the late convicted sex offender.
After Congress voted on November 18 to release the Epstein files, nearly a year on from President Donald Trump promising to reveal all, things have exploded once more.
The bill, which was approved in the House of Representatives in a 427-1 vote, will see the release of documents from criminal investigations into Epstein, which include transcripts of interviews with victims and witnesses, and items seized in raids of his properties.
The bill was transferred to the Senate, where it was approved and turned into law, which means Attorney General Pam Bondi has to release all ‘unclassified records, documents, communications and investigative materials’ in the Department of Justice’s possession.
Ever since Epstein’s crimes came to light, and his alleged alliance with powerful figures such as Andrew Windsor and Trump, the POTUS has been adamant that he has not been affiliated with the sex ring.
He also claimed the files are being used to cover up the Shutdown blunder that saw the government close down most of its services.Trump recently wrote: « The Democrats are trying to bring up the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax again because they’ll do anything at all to deflect on how badly they’ve done on the Shutdown, and so many other subjects. Only a very bad, or stupid, Republican would fall into that trap.
« The Democrats cost our Country $1.5 Trillion Dollars with their recent antics of viciously closing our Country, while at the same time putting many at risk — and they should pay a fair price.
« There should be no deflections to Epstein or anything else, and any Republicans involved should be focused only on opening up our Country, and fixing the massive damage caused by the Democrats! »
Jeffrey Epstein’s brother speaks out
However, Mark Epstein, the brother of the criminal, begs to differ.
Mark has now claimed that the files on his late brother are allegedly being edited to remove the names of Republican politicians.
In an interview with NewsNation on November 18, Mark alleged an unnamed source revealed to him that the names of conservative politicians were being redacted. »I’ve been recently told, the reason they’re going to be releasing the files and the reason for the flip is that they’re sabotaging these files, » Mark said.
« That’s what I was told, by a pretty good source. »
He then went on to allege that his late brother claimed to have incriminating evidence against Trump around the time of his 2016 election that could have ‘cancelled the election’ due to what he had on the candidates at that time.
« He didn’t tell me what he knew, » Mark said. “But Jeffrey definitely had dirt on Trump. »
This comes after several of Epstein’s victims appeared in a powerful public service announcement produced by the World Without Exploitation organization, in which they called for the public to contact their local politicians about the importance of releasing information tied to Epstein, his se* trafficking empire and those implicated in it.
White House spokesperson Abigail Jackson told UNILAD: “Instead of amplifying baseless claims, the media should start asking real questions: why was Democrat Stacey Plaskett live texting Epstein in 2019 during a congressional hearing after he was a convicted sex offender? »
Plaskett has denied any wrongdoing, saying it was not pubic knowledge at the time that Epstein was under federal investigation, although he was convicted of sex offences in 2008.
Jackson continued: « Why did President Bill Clinton travel on Epstein’s plane 26 times? And why did one of Epstein’s victims write that she saw Clinton on Epstein’s island with two young women? These are just some of the many questions that the American people deserve to have answered.”
Stephen King has taken to social media to suggest Donald Trump wouldn’t have become president had the Epstein files been released years ago.
Jeffrey Epstein was arrested in 2019 on charges related to sex trafficking. He was found dead in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan, New York City, that same year while he was awaiting trial.
Last week, emails were released by the Democrats on the House Oversight Committee as part of its investigation into convicted sex offenders Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
Trump was referenced repeatedly in conversations between Epstein and Maxwell, who is currently serving 20 years in jail for sex trafficking.
Trump has long maintained he was not aware of Epstein’s crimes.
King, who has been a vocal critic of the US president in recent months, took to X to make a bold claim about the US public. The author wrote: « The American public has grown numb to sexual crimes. If the Epstein business had come out against Trump in 1985, even 2005, Donny J would be gone like Enron. »
And in a previous tweet, King penned: « Look, it’s pretty simple: If the Epstein files don’t incriminate Trump, why won’t he release them? »
Well, in somewhat of a U-turn, Trump revealed over the weekend he wants the Epstein files to be released and encouraged all Republicans to vote in favor of it in Congress.
Taking to Truth Social, the POTUS wrote: « House Republicans should vote to release the Epstein files, because we have nothing to hide.
« And it’s time to move on from this Democrat Hoax perpetrated by Radical Left Lunatics in order to deflect from the Great Success of the Republican Party, including our recent Victory on the Democrat ‘Shutdown.' »
His lengthy statement, in part, continued: « The House Oversight Committee can have whatever they are legally entitled to, I DON’T CARE! All I do care about is that Republicans get BACK ON POINT, which is the Economy, ‘Affordability’. »Nobody cared about Jeffrey Epstein when he was alive and, if the Democrats had anything, they would have released it before our Landslide Election Victory. Some ‘members’ of the Republican Party are being ‘used’, and we can’t let that happen. »
After the emails that referenced Trump were released last week, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement to « The Democrats selectively leaked emails to the liberal media to create a fake narrative to smear President Trump.
« The ‘unnamed victim’ referenced in these emails is the late Virginia Giuffre, who repeatedly said President Trump was not involved in any wrongdoing whatsoever and ‘couldn’t have been friendlier’ to her in their limited interactions.
« The fact remains that President Trump kicked Jeffrey Epstein out of his club decades ago for being a creep to his female employees, including Giuffre.
« These stories are nothing more than bad-faith efforts to distract from President Trump’s historic accomplishments, and any American with common sense sees right through this hoax and clear distraction from the government opening back up again. »
