No-Bake Halloween Oreo Chocolate Cheesecake

Dark, creamy, and packed with Oreo flavor, this spooky cheesecake makes the perfect centerpiece for a Halloween party!

Ingredients

Oreo crust:

2½ cups Oreo crumbs (about 26 cookies)
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Chocolate filling:

24 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
1½ cups powdered sugar
¾ cup black cocoa powder
6 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
1¼ cups heavy whipping cream, divided
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Black food coloring, optional

Instructions

Combine the Oreo crumbs, sugar, salt, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom and halfway up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Freeze while preparing the filling.
Heat ¼ cup heavy cream with the water until steaming. Remove from the heat and whisk in the black cocoa until a thick paste forms. Let it cool.
Whip the remaining 1 cup heavy cream to stiff peaks and set aside.
Beat the softened cream cheese until creamy. Add the powdered sugar and mix until fully combined.
Beat in the cooled cocoa mixture, melted chocolate, vanilla, and a few drops of black food coloring if desired.
Gently fold in the whipped cream. Spread the filling evenly inside the frozen Oreo crust.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Decorate with meringue ghosts, Oreo crumbs, Halloween sprinkles, candy gravestones, or a white chocolate spiderweb.
