To complete strangers passing him on the street, Richard’s intimidating look instantly triggers unfair stereotypes. People clutch their bags tighter, cross to the other side of the road, or shoot disapproving glares. On the internet, viral photos of him have sparked waves of backlash, with cynical commentators casually labeling him a “horrible father,” a menace, or someone unfit to raise a family.
Yet, those who actually take the time to look past the ink see a completely different reality: a deeply caring, fiercely devoted father and husband whose life is entirely defined by love rather than pigment.

Richard’s lifelong journey with body modification didn’t begin as a rebellious statement or an attempt to shock society.
